My daughter had a stove fire which filled her apartment with smoke and soot and burned up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. She wasn't home at the time of the fire and luckily the neighbor called 911 and CFD kicked in the door and were able to put out the fire before there was any major damage. We called the insurance company and property managers and it was going to be a week or so before they could get a vendor out there. We were referred to DRP by a co-worker and they were amazing. Sean and his crew came out immediately, handled all the paperwork and arrangements with the property management company and the insurance company.They did a fantastic job! They scrubbed and painted the walls, ceilings, cabinets and woodwork. They cleaned the vents and carpets and furniture and replaced the flooring and repaired the door damage. I work at an apartment community in the Charlotte area and recently one of our residents had a small apartment fire, which caused a quite bit of smoke damage. I immediately called DRP and they were there extremely quick to assess the situation and set equipment to begin remediation. Their immediate response allowed residents to return safely to their homes and avoid an overnight mandatory evacuation.They were extremely patient when answering questions from residents who voiced health and safety concerns. Sean and Neil are amazing at keeping the staff in the loop about their plan of action and progress of work being completed. I manage an apartment community and when we had 5 units flood, DRP was there the night of and worked non stop to get the repairs completed. They showed up within an hour of me calling them, the crews were so professional, and kept me updated during every step of the process. Situations like this are never ideal, but having them there to take care of the repairs made a stressful situation manageable. They were extremely professional and courteous with my residents, and cleaned up after themselves each day of them working. Sean and his team were awesome! We had a pipe burst on our second floor which flooded the whole bathroom and kitchen/dining room/living room below. He came out immediately and set up his dryers and dehumidifiers. He was in constant contact with my insurance, and best thing is that he billed the insurance directly so I never had to worry about paying him a penny. We came home to a flooded house early this year. For as stressful as the situation was, DRP did an absolutely fantastic job putting our minds at ease. They came and assessed the situation the same night (way after normal business hours) and was at our house with their equipment first thing the next morning. The crew worked hard and stayed late to make sure the damage was minimized. They took their time to walk us through the steps to make sure we could get back to normal as fast as possible. I don't have a single negative thing to say about how DRP handled our situation. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

These guys came out in the middle of the night during the insane freeze we had a few weeks ago. My insurance company told me to use one of their preferred companies. That was a waste of time. I called DRP and they were on it. They worked quick and took the time to explain the process to me. I’ve never gone through this before and they made sure I understood everything. Had a pipe burst due to freezing temperatures. Found the basement flooded. They came shortly after call, helped shut off water. They acted quickly, drained water out and setup equipment to dry basement over next few days. They also helped guide me through process and expectations. Sean was very helpful.
